Jobs

A place where technical work matters and so does the team.

We do serious healthcare IT and we care for the people who make it possible. No marketing.

Day to day

How we work here.

01

Fully remote work since 2019.

Before the pandemic, not because of it. We keep offices in Seville, but the team works from wherever they want. Our culture isn't "in-office with remote days" — it's remote, with in-person meetings when they make sense.

02

Deep team, not rotational.

Everyone is senior. We don't hire on price — we choose to keep people well when they've been here and to bring new people in right. Team stability is what lets us sustain mission-critical systems and offer the conditions the team deserves.

03

Current technology and solid architectures.

We work with .NET, Python, Google Cloud and Azure, among other tools. We build enterprise-grade SaaS platforms with multitenancy, ENS Alto and traceability by design. If what drives you is building software that can withstand serious audits, you fit here.

04

Domain that matters.

Working here means working on software that affects healthcare delivery for many people. Cancer screening, diagnostic imaging, AI integration in clinical workflows. What gets built here has real consequences.

05

Accreditations we live by, not that we frame.

ISO/IEC 33000, ISO 27001, ENS Nivel Alto across the full cycle. These aren't plaques on a wall — they're the discipline we develop with every day. If you care about doing things properly and keeping them documented, you'll be at home here.

06

Real growth.

In a small company your work is seen. Each person has impact on what gets built and how it gets built — without layers of management diluting it.

"We don't hire on price. We choose the right people."
Culture and commitments

Culture and commitments.

REDI

Diversity and inclusion as choice, not as badge.

We're part of the Diversity and Inclusion Network for LGBTI Enterprise. It's not a logo in the footer. It's the active choice to deliberately build the kind of workplace we want to be, and to keep it that way over time. Few Spanish SMEs formalise this; we do.

Talent

Universities and vocational training.

We maintain internship agreements with several institutions because the next generation of healthcare IT is our responsibility too. If you come as an intern and there's a fit, there's a place for you.

Life

Real work-life balance.

A small company has to decide deliberately how working life is lived. We don't have table football — we have schedules that respect life outside work, remote since 2019 and honest conversations about what each person needs.

Honesty

Who fits here — and who fits less.

To save us both time, we say it straight.

If you fit
  • You want to build software that lasts years in production, not quick projects that get delivered and forgotten.
  • You want to work with a small team where your work is visible and your voice counts.
  • You're driven by a domain with real consequences — healthcare — more than the latest fashionable framework.
  • Technical discipline matters to you: rigour, documentation, processes, measurable quality. You don't see it as bureaucracy.
  • You want autonomy with responsibility: remote work, flexible hours, and in exchange genuine commitment to results.
If it fits less
  • You're looking to rotate between companies to grow fast.
  • You prefer working with many different clients each year in a consultancy style.
  • You need the daily office environment and don't work well remotely.
  • You're more interested in technological novelty than in domain and long-term product.

We say this without judgement — it's honesty about who we are so your decision is informed.

Unsolicited application

What if there's no open position that fits?

Write to us even if there's nothing open. Sometimes we know we'll need someone before we publish it — and we prefer to get to know people at a natural pace. If there's a fit, we'll both know before any position appears.

How to reach us.

Send us your CV, your LinkedIn profile, your GitHub, or whatever best represents you, to info@gesi.es with a short note about what interests you about us. Someone on the team will read it and we'll always reply. No automated responses.
